Eating Healthy

So I've been trying to eat healthy and stay away from bad starches and the like. Well I was at the health food store and got some coconut flour. I happened to find a recipe for coconut flour pancakes and thought it sounded yummy. So today I decided I'd make that for breakfast..... even covered in lots of sugar free syrup (which is surprisingly good, by the way) it still was terrible! But everything worked out because I chased it with my favorite beverage: MILK!!! I LOVE MILK! I once said that the reason I wasn't married is because I was more in love with milk than I was with other people! So that's not true, I'd be open to love as long as I get to bring milk into that relationship :)

In case anyone is wondering.... I'm not skipping Valentine's Day. I actually like Valentine's day, I think it's great. However, I much prefered my background options for St. Patties day instead. Plus it gives me more time between having to change backgrounds!

The Holiday Overview

HAPPY THANKSGIVING!!!

8 hours of preparation, 30 minutes of eating, 3 hours of cleaning.... I say next year we hit up Village inn! I'm just kidding (kinda) but it was nice to visit with the family. We spent the Sunday before with Mom's family and then on Thursday with Dad's family.

MERRY CHRISTMAS!!!

We had a quiet Christmas this year. So much fun to see the little one's so excited. As Hailey put it so often "I like it!!" She sure did like everything. It was cute!

HAPPY NEW YEAR!! 2010 IS HERE!!

Again, a quiet New Year. Anthony got into a bad car accident on New Year's eve and we spent most of the afternoon and evening in the hospital just making sure he was OK. He was, don't worry! So by 9 or so I was pooped so I took a nap so that I could make it to midnight. When I woke up we played Crazy Uno, hooped and hollerd at the New Year and then I headed off to bed! Wow, I'm LAME!! Oh well, that's what happens when you're old and no social life!

I unfortunately haven't taken many pictures lately so I don't have much to post, but I'll be better this year.
