Some of you may know and some of you may not, but life has been hard on me these last few weeks. I've had a hard time. It's hard to explain how I feel and why I feel the way I do so I don't talk to many about it. Last night I was listening to my music and I heard this song which I've heard many times before but never struck me as hard as it did last night.

The song is called "Stand Back Up" by Sugarland.
